Last night we played a board game and one of the players ordered pizza to share. It made me think about gamers and food.
As a GM, you think of these things, especially if you're host and GM.
Do you bring food to games?
Does the host provide anything? Snacks, drinks? Or is there an expectation not to expect?
Is there a culture of bringing snacks to share? Bringing leftovers from home/work?
How does money get shared? Do people just pay when they want to buy something, or do they expect the others to chip in?
Does the group order takeout or delivery? Or do they bring their own food? Or come fed? Or bring potluck?

My husband and I cook dinner for all of our players. Some of them chip in $2 coins. One player generally brings snacks. I think we spoil them.
